More than 250 sick children and their parents will set out next Wednesday, Purim Eve, along with Latet Tikva volunteers, on an event aimed at enabling them to forget their sorrow and pain. They will participate in the traditional Purim Carnival Camp held by Latet Tikva every year on Purim.
The three day Purim Carnival Camp will be held from Wednesday March 4th to Friday March 6th.
According to hospital recommendations, the activities will be held in several locations – Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Rehovot, and Zichron Yaacov in the north.
On Thursday, all of the Camp’s participants will gather for a joint event in Jerusalem, where Purim is celebrated on Thursday and Friday. Many surprises await the participants!
“Purim is the holiday of happiness and joy, and what is more appropriate than putting a smile on the faces of children who suffer all year long”, say members of the organization’s management.
